Job Description
A global manufacturing company is looking for a Marketing Content Developer to successfully carry out a content marketing strategy by developing, publishing, and promoting content that achieves the goals set out in the regional and global strategy. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong marketing communication and website content skills.

Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality articles, white papers, blogs, press releases, email marketing messages, case studies, presentation content, video scripts, and web copy.
- Ensure all content is high quality, up-to-date, and consistent with brand and style guidelines.
- Optimize web content keywords and text to drive high search engine rankings.
- Continuously measure and improve content performance; create reports leveraging Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social media analytics tools.
- Build and maintain editorial calendar and written guidelines.
- Arrange for the material to be economically published and distributed both on a regional and global level.
- Collateral may also include training and selling aids, brochures, catalogues, technical instructions, fact sheets, and information booklets.
- Organize and attend webinars, regional industry conferences, and other regional events so potential customers have an opportunity to learn about the group and its products and services.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and customer challenges in order to build a more effective editorial content.
- Work closely with senior leaders, marketing teammates, and other departments to create effective communications strategies that articulate our product’s core benefits properly and consistently.
- Interact with agencies, graphic designers, and internal team members to create and review all content and ensure consistent message and to ensure their work meets the groups requirements, deadlines, and budget.
- Push the group to adopt the selected trademarks and glossary.
- Translate selected content to preferred language using the groups translation agency and verify with internal stakeholders.
- Domestic travel up to 25%.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Accredited University Degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related discipline
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in marketing and website content
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in a lean and/or six sigma environments preferred
- Comply with sales, marketing, commercial, and company SOP’s
- Effective communication skills in English; Bi-lingual is a plus
- Strong marketing communication and website content skills
- Experience with Adobe InDesign & Photoshop and HubSpot preferred
- Experience in a commercial B2B environment
