Job Description
A fast-growing marketing agency is seeking a Senior Account Manager to manage communication and coordination for a major client program. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and organized project leader with deep client management experience. Working collaboratively, the new leader will keep teams aligned and projects on track by translating complex details into clear updates and coordinating creative deliverables while building trust and ensuring smooth, consistent communication across all stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Own the flow of information — manage communication channels, internal updates, and meeting rhythms across a large, fast-moving program.
- Translate complexity into clarity — turn technical project details into clear, actionable updates that keep leadership and partners aligned.
- Plan and coordinate creative deliverables — work with the company’s design, writing, and production teams to develop content, signage, and events that make progress visible.
- Support culture and engagement — help shape site-wide communications and recognition moments that connect people to the purpose behind the work.
- Anticipate needs before they surface — track deliverables, chase details, and ensure that nothing falls through the cracks.
- Represent the company on-site — be our presence inside the client organization, building trust through responsiveness, clarity, and calm under pressure.
Requirements:
- A detail-driven, high-performing account manager ready for a bigger stage
- Experienced (7–12 years) managing fast-paced client relationships, complex projects, or large internal initiatives
- Strong communicator — written, verbal, and interpersonal; able to synthesize and share information clearly
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable owning both the plan and the follow-through
- Familiar with creative processes and production timelines; skilled at coordinating between internal and client teams
- Energized by purpose-driven work and by helping big, complex organizations move faster and smarter
