Job Description

A fast-growing Dairy manufacturing company is looking for a Maintenance Mechanic Manager to oversee and manage production operations. The ideal candidate possesses strong maintenance skills. Working cross-functionally, the new leader will enhance operational efficiency through exceptional leadership, a commitment to excellent customer service, and a focus on ongoing process optimization.

Location: Cleveland, TX
Type of Position: Direct Hire

Responsibilities: 
•    Lead a team with existing employees to accomplish all goals.    
•    Teach and train.
•    Audit Preparation and Completion
•    Backing up Order Processing 
•    Shipping and Receiving
•    Operating Pallet jack and forklift 
  • Clean Driving record 
  • Experience driving a standard stick shift vehicle with clutch.
  • Ability to operate a vehicle equipped with air brakes.
  • Proficiency in backing up trailers with air brakes

Requirements:
•   Preferred 3-5 years of experience in Food Sanitation, Production, Quality, and Maintenance
•    Knowledgeable of computer systems and software (MS Office – Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
•    Mechanically inclined or capable of capable of creating systems to maintain equipment
•    Extremely organized, with the ability to track multiple activities involving numerous details
•    Must have good communication
•    Outstanding problem-solving skills and good judgment in dealing with competing priorities
•    Experience and knowledgeable level of inventory management
•    Knowledgeable of warehouse shipping and receiving procedures
•    Sanitation experience
•    Knowledge of food service operation and sanitation
•    Capability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
