Job Description
A fast-growing, nationwide food company is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to manage outbound domestic deliveries (truck) This Logistics Coordinator will work with warehouse to ensure inventory and delivery. This is a perfect opportunity for a problem-solver who knows international logistics, transportation, and supply chain operations. Working cross-functionally, the new team member will ensure operational excellence by demonstrating initiative, ownership, and accountability while maintaining regulatory compliance.
Salary: $60,000-$80,000 + Bonus

Responsibilities
- Seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage outbound domestic deliveries (truck)
- Requires strong MS Excel and customer service oriented
- Manage outbound shipments, on time delivery orders to customers
- Consolidate shipments to minimize outbound freight costs
- Coordinate the warehouses day-to-day activities to ensure OTD at all times
- Coordinate with freight companies and trucking movements ensuring timely loads pick-up
- Manage and support the Export from order processing to delivery, including product availability, building compatible loads/containers, scheduling shipping, preparing invoices, and providing proper documentation to carriers, affiliates, and customers
- Communicate effectively over phone and e-mail to provide order status, product and availability information, and to resolve Export issues with internal and external customers
- Responsible to drive excellence through metrics/data
- Drive results through initiative, ownership, and accountability
Requirements:
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Able to multi-task under pressure
- Team player, dedicated and motivated
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of work experience in international logistics, transportation, operations, or a related field
- Proven track record of performing under pressure to meet firm timeline
- Well organized, multitasking abilities with a focus on customer service
