Job Description

An established law firm in Sugar Land is seeking a skilled Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to work directly with the firm named Partner. The Paralegal will assist with a busy trial docket. The firm offers a high-energy, positive work environment!

Salary + Additional Benefits:
  • $85,000
  • Medical, dental, vision insurance

Location: Sugar Land, TX 77479
Type of position: Direct Hire  

Responsibilities:
  • Draft pleadings and discovery
  • Assist in depositions.
  • Assist in preparing for and attending trials when needed.

Requirements:
  • Must have 7+ years of experience as a Plaintiff Litigation Paralegal
  • Strong knowledge in Civil Procedure and Local Court Rules
  • Ability to switch gears quickly and manage multiple cases/tasks
  • Working experience within personal injury required
  • Civil Litigation and/or Products Liability experience preferred
  • Must have strong experience in drafting discovery
  • Spanish bilingual is a plus
