Job Description
A fast-growing transport company is seeking a Delivery Experience Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end truck delivery operations and ensure exceptional final-mile customer experiences. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented logistics leader with strong people management skills and a passion for process improvement. Working collaboratively, the new team member will define and elevate the delivery experience by building and training high-performing teams, establishing clear KPIs, and driving operational consistency while ensuring asset quality and customer satisfaction remain top priorities.

Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and manage a high-performing delivery team.
- Define roles and responsibilities for delivery staff.
- Design and continuously improve the delivery and inspection processes.
- Ensure seamless handoffs of vehicles from the supplier to the end driver.
- Standardize protocols for receiving, inspecting, and final delivery.
- Define and manage the end-to-end delivery experience.
- Define and monitor KPIs and metrics related to delivery operations.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
- Ensure operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and asset quality.
- Work with other departments (such as Logistics, Supply Chain, and Customer Experience) to ensure delivery excellence.
- Act as the main point of contact for all delivery-related strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in logistics, delivery operations, or fleet management (3+ years in a leadership or managerial role)
- Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a big plus!
- Strong attention to detail and high standards for quality
- Good communicator with a customer-focused attitude
- Willingness to travel
- Strong leadership, people management, and training capabilities
- Ability to design and implement operational processes and KPIs
- Strategic mindset with attention to detail and quality
- Cross-functional collaboration experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
