Location: Raleigh, NC 27601
Type of Position: Direct Hire
Responsibilities:
Operational Support
- Assist with efficient vehicle preparation, inspection, and delivery workflows.
- Coordinate with logistics and yard teams to align operational activities.
- Participate in vehicle testing and support logistics scheduling.
- Maintain safety and quality standards during yard operations.
- Guide and support team members during daily operational tasks.
- Collaborate with maintenance and administrative teams to meet operational goals.
- Manage documentation related to vehicle deliveries and logistics.
- Maintain up-to-date records for vehicles, trailers, parts, and flatbed kits.
- Coordinate and document delivery schedules.
- Prepare accurate reports on inventory, schedules, and performance metrics.
- Act as a liaison between internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Collect and document client and vendor feedback.
- Support continuous improvements in administrative and operational workflows.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Administrative background in logistics or warehouse operations
- Experience in yard or logistics operations preferred
- Familiarity with logistics systems and basic vehicle operations
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Forklift experience required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- CDL license (required or strongly preferred depending on duties)
- Proficiency in English; Spanish and or Portuguese is a plus
