Type of Position: Direct Hire
Responsibilities:
Panel Integration & Assembly Support
- Carry out panel integration as per IFC package provided by Project Manager.
- Issue material from cage for panel integration.
- Estimate and monitor panel consumables, informing Manager when replenishment is required.
- Support Project Manager/Team in internal testing and FAT.
- Assist in packing of panels, ensuring safety of equipment.
- Receive, inspect, and verify goods/shipments against packing slips and purchase orders.
- Safely unload, label, and store complying material; reject/return non-complying items per company procedures.
- Handle local and international shipments, including document verification, packing, crating, labeling, and coordination with transport companies.
- Manage courier/shipment accounts and recommend cost-saving improvements.
- Maintain internal record-keeping systems with clear photos of all incoming/outgoing material.
- Ensure error-free, compliant material receipt and shipments (ISO 9001, CSIA Standards, OHSAS 18001).
- Contact transport companies/suppliers to expedite or trace materials that do not meet specifications.
- Support project teams with material arrangement for assembly and testing.
- Assist Factory Manager in manpower planning and receiving/inspecting materials.
- Provide daily updates of activities through timesheets (DFP project-wise).
- Maintain clean, organized, and secure storage, work, and shipping/receiving areas.
- Ensure safe operations in panel shop and compliance with all safety rules.
- Operate and maintain forklift, hand trucks, and other handling equipment.
- Ensure tools are properly cleaned, organized, and stored after use.
- Use appropriate PPEs for all tasks.
- Ensure areas are locked and secured by end of each day.
- Experience in panel assembly, factory operations, or material logistics
- Knowledge of industrial standards such as ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001 is preferred
- Ability to operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
- Effective communication and coordination abilities
- Commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement
