Job Description
A leading medical manufacturing company is seeking a Batch Operator to support efficient production by managing packaging components, raw ingredients, and warehouse organization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and experienced in inventory handling. Working collaboratively, the new team member will maintain compliance with standards by accurately receiving, weighing, and batching materials while contributing to continuous process improvements.

Type of Position: Temp-to-Hire
Hours: 7am-4pm M-F
Responsibilities:
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Inspect all documents and materials from external suppliers upon receipt.
- Prepare sample items/packs for laboratory analysis.
- Examine all ingredients and materials throughout all processes for defects.
- Fill work orders in a timely manner.
- Maintain inventory management of the sub-inventory.
- Prepare shipments for pick-ups and returns.
- Perform packaging, handling, transportation and other related shipping duties.
- Must be able to follow verbal and written directions.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Receive, batch, maintain, record, and ship all raw ingredients and packaging materials according to company guidelines with complete accuracy.
- Clean surfaces, equipment, and all work areas.
- Identify and report any equipment, material, and mechanical issues to Management.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by Management.
- Work well with others in a team-based environment.
Requirements:
- 1 year+ of liquid batch experience
- 1 year + of shipping and receiving experience
- 1 year + of forklift experience (Crown Stand-Up Forklift)
- 1 year + inventory control experience - Basic math skills (ex: able to convert pounds to kilos and kilos to grams)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 60 lbs.
- Must be able to follow verbal and written directions
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Arizona Food Handlers Card
- QuickBooks Experience
- Knowledge of natural health industry
- Actively embraces healthy living
