Job Description
A leading company in the oil & gas industry is seeking a Production Supervisor to manage daily assembly and production activities. The ideal candidate is a mechanically inclined leader with experience supervising shop operations. Working collaboratively, the new hire will support operational excellence by coordinating schedules, developing team performance, and maintaining safety and quality standards while promoting efficient, compliant production processes.
Salary: $35-40/hr

Responsibilities:
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, standards and work instructions.
- Organize production and planning of work.
- Supervise Production team including training, coaching, time management.
- Ensure team are safety compliance and working to high standard quality requirements.
- Ensure process compliance and troubleshooting were required.
- Show enthusiasm for learning new skills.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Relevant mechanical qualification is preferred but experience will be taken into consideration
- Previous experience in a Mechanical Supervisory position within the oil and gas industry is essential
- A mechanical background with demonstrable workshop experience is essential
- Familiarity with Production assembly lines
- Good Communication to workforce, ensuring clear instruction and reporting feedback to management team
- Leadership, Ability to guide and manage diverse workforce
- Technical knowledge with mechanical background of manufacturing/assembly of components
- Commitment to continual improvement and a flexible approach to change
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and committed to delivering HSEQ excellence
