Job Description
A fast-growing pipe manufacturing company is seeking a Pipe Puller to support seamless production by preparing molds, pulling pipes, and maintaining workflow efficiency. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and safety-conscious professional with hands-on manufacturing experience. Working under minimal supervision, the new team member will ensure continuous operations by preparing molds and extracting finished pipes while accurately updating production data and promptly reporting equipment issues.
Schedule: Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
- Rotating Shifts – Employees will rotate between day and night shifts every 6 weeks
- Shift Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Must be available to work 12-hour shifts, including some weekends as needed

Type of Position: Temp-to-Hire
Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery (crane) lifting and transporting the product to support continuous workflow.
- Checking equipment conditions (molds & tools) to identify any issue.
- Set up and prepare the molds for any issue in the machinery report immediately to the supervisor.
- Check pipe information on machine to identify the stencil and barcode required for the pipe.
- Validate the information of the work order (file & GURUSOFT system) before action taken.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment on the workstation.
- Determine and report all machine malfunctions and potential defects to an appropriate Supervisor.
- Complete and document all pipe specifications to maintain accurate pipe file & GURUSOFT system records.
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
- Solid understanding of industry standards and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in SAP/GURUSOFT system (basic) required
- Bilingual or proficiency in a foreign language preferred
