Job Description

A fast-growing pipe manufacturing company is seeking a Production - Pushing Couplings & Repairs to ensure proper coupling installation and perform timely pipe repairs to maintain product integrity. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented manufacturing professional with hands-on experience in pipe inspection and repair processes. Working collaboratively, the new team member will contribute to smooth production flow by accurately identifying defects and applying corrective actions while maintaining clear communication and adherence to safety and quality standards.
                               
Schedule:

  • Rotating Shifts Rotate between day and night shifts every 6 weeks
  • Shift Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  • Must be available to work 12-hour shifts, including some weekends as needed

Responsibilities:
  • Push Couplings & repairs if required to support continuous workflow.
  • Check product (pipe) and description to identify the job.
  • Set up and prepare the workstation for any issue in the machinery report immediately to the supervisor.
  • Check the stencil and barcode to define the coupling needed.
  • Validate the information of the work order (file & SAP system) before action taken.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment on the workstation.
  • Determine and report all machine malfunctions and potential defects to an appropriate Supervisor.

Requirements:
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Solid understanding of industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience in SAP system (basic) required
  • Bilingual or proficiency in a foreign language preferred
