Job Description
A well-established distribution center is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse operations and distribution activities. The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with experience in warehouse management and inventory control. Working collaboratively, the new leader will drive efficiency by overseeing workflows and team performance while ensuring inventory accuracy, team productivity, and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities:
- High-Volume Fulfillment: Oversee the end-to-end workflow for 8k+ weekly units, ensuring all daily shipping windows are met for parcel carriers.
- Workflow Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve "pick-pack-ship" processes to reduce cycle times and labor costs.
- Inventory Control: Maintain 99%+ inventory accuracy through daily cycle counts, bin-location optimization (slotting), and meticulous receiving protocols.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates. Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and high performance.
- Systems Management: Expertly utilize our WMS/ERP to track real-time productivity, manage backorders, and generate operational KPIs.
- Facility & Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and secure facility.
Requirements:
- Experience: 7-10 years of warehouse leadership experience, specifically in a wholesale or distribution environment moving high SKU volumes.
- Logistics Expertise: Understanding of freight (LTL), small parcel (UPS/FedEx), and international shipping documentation.
- Tech-Fluent: Proven experience with WMS, ERP (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Fishbowl), and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data analysis).
- Leadership Style: A "firm but fair" leader who can manage diverse personalities and stay calm under the pressure of shipping deadlines.
- Physical Ability: Able to work on their feet in a warehouse environment and lift up to 25 lbs. as needed
