Bulk Material Handler
Job Description
A prominent company specializing in turn-key liquid and dry solid compounding, toll manufacturing, and private label packaging services within the chemical industry is looking for a Bulk Material Handler responsible for loading and unloading material trucks, moving materials throughout the warehouse, and supporting daily shipping, receiving, and production operations. The ideal candidate possesses experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment and a strong understanding of safe material handling practices. Working with autonomy, the new team member will help ensure operational efficiency while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.

Location: Rosenberg, TX 77471
Type of Position: Temp-to-Hire
Schedule: 1st shift - M-F 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

- Load and unload inbound and outbound material trucks safely and efficiently.
- Move raw materials and finished goods throughout the warehouse and production areas.
- Operate forklifts, motorized equipment, and manual hand trucks.
- Inspect materials and shipments for damage, discrepancies, or safety concerns.
- Verify shipping and receiving paperwork and maintain accurate material handling records.
- Stage, store, and retrieve materials in designated areas.
- Support production operations by supplying materials as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures when handling materials.
- Perform additional duties as necessary.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred
- Experience operating forklifts, motorized equipment, and hand trucks
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs regularly without assistance and remain on feet for extended periods
- Ability to follow directions and work in a fast-paced industrial environment
- Ability to work 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM with occasional overtime
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to pass a drug screen
