Job Description
A well-established legal entity is hiring a Client Intake Coordinator to manage the initial contact process and provide operational support. This role requires an organized and personable individual with strong communication skills and a commitment to client service. The successful candidate will play a key role in streamlining intake procedures, coordinating appointments, and ensuring accurate information management, all while maintaining discretion and a team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact by answering incoming calls and welcoming visitors.
- Conduct initial screening calls with prospective clients to assess compatibility with services offered.
- Collect and organize client documentation and input data into the internal management system.
- Manage scheduling and appointment coordination to support daily operations.
- Accept and process client payments in accordance with company protocols.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is preferred.
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or administrative roles is desirable.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills with a strong sense of empathy and professionalism.
- Proficiency with data entry, spreadsheets, and general computer systems.
- Familiarity with CRM or case management platforms is a plus.
