Location:Â Conroe, TX 77301
Type of Position: Temp-to-Hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday 4:00PM- 12:30AM (2nd shift)Â
Responsibilities:
- Setup, operate, and program Laser Cladding Systems according to drawings, specifications, work order, and work instruction to meet quality and production schedule. The company will provide cross training.
- Capable of reading simple drawings (diameter, length, basics geometric tolerances).
- Able to read work orders and customer specifications for product specifications such as dimensions, tolerances, and number of parts to be processed.
- Maintain correct dimensions of parts while in production using measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers.
- Inspect part complete part to ensure they meet drawing/specifications.
- Recognize improper machine functioning and make required adjustments.
- Able to perform and troubleshoot machine basics operations.
- Program CNC to set machine moves, specified speeds, feed rates, and Laser functions.
- Work under supervision.
- Adhere to all company Health, Safety, and Environmental policies, practices, and procedures.
