Job Description
Salary + Additional Benefits:
- $120,000-$140,000 + Bonus

Location: Denver, CO
Type of Position: Direct Hire
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for title and lease analysis, division of interests, wellbore underwriting, contract preparation, deal making, and other land related tasks.
- Work in the office and be an integral part of the Land team.
- Work well within the Land department as well as with the accounting, data, legal, engineering, and financial departments.
- Communicate with other companies via phone calls and emails that the company is engaged in business.
Requirements:
- 5 years Landman experience required
- Strong communication is necessary both in verbal and writing
- Understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Able to adapt and learn new data systems
- Able to work well independently and also with others
