Job Description

A well-established independent oilfield services company is looking for an Inside Sales Clerk to provide support to the overall inside sales program.

This is a temp to hire opportunity and the company offers a friendly, team-oriented environment and room for growth!
                                               
Salary + Additional Benefits:
  • $18-26/hr DOE

Location: Houston, TX 77092
Type of Position: Temp-to-Hire
Hours: 7:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare incoming quotes for processing through workflow (Synergy) for Inside Sales.
  • Prepare and obtain material and outside process requirements for quoting top level assemblies.
  • Assemble and package quotations and support documents to customers.
  • Monitor incoming emails and ensure a timely reply.
  • Process RMA requests as needed.
  • Maintain files necessary to ensure accurate documents on the network.
  • Follow, Inspect, and Advise quotes to ensure timely response.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • High School diploma required; two-year degree preferred.
  • A minimum of three years’ experience in Inside sales or similar within like industry.
  • SAP 4Hannah preferred.
  • MS Office experience required.
