Position: IT Manager

Location: Houston, TX (East Houston)

Salary: $100K- $120K Depends on experience



Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, with a technical major, such as engineering or computer
  • Previous experience as an IT manager working with Implementations of ERP Systems
  • Experience with ERP Systems in a manufacturing setting, Preferably IQMS – Advantage
  • Must be able to write Manufacturing IT Operation processes from beginning to end or come from a startup company developing IT operations procedures
  • Hands on, problem solver, critical thinker self-driven and motivated
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Project and time management skills is a must. Ecommerce background is plus



  • Recommend information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes, identifying problems, and anticipating organizational requirements
  • Maintain the organization’s effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans
  • Analyze business needs presented by users and recommend technical solutions with the completion timeline
  • Developing and implementing IT policy and procedures best practice guides for the organization
  • Produce detailed timelines and implement effective project control for each software release
  • Designing training programs and workshops for staff
  • Running and sharing regular operation system reports with senior staff
  • Providing direction for IT team members and manager
  • Direct research in emerging technology by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects
  • Verify application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented
