Job Description
Salary + Additional Benefits:
- $90,000 - $110,000 + bonus

Location:Â Leduc, Canada Â
Type of Position: Direct hire
Responsibilities:
- Biweekly payroll processing
- Year end T4’s and Workers Compensation Annual Reporting.
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training coordination.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and improve processes.
- Collaborate with management to develop HR policies that align with organizational goals.
- Utilize HR software systems for payroll processing and employee management.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma required
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources principles and practices
- Payroll Processing and Compliance
- Familiar with Payroll HR software systems like Payworks is a plus
- Intermediate Excel skills required
- Ability to analyze data effectively to support decision-making
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple priorities
