Job Description

One of the world’s leading manufacturers of decorative paints, marine, protective, and powder coatings is looking for a highly collaborative HR Manager to lead HR activities, including recruitment, staff management & development, and office administration. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with thorough knowledge of HR functions and best practices. Working cross-functionally, the new manager will increase business efficiency by developing HR strategies & initiatives while promoting the organization’s human resource values and ensuring compliance with company policies & local regulations.

Type of Position: Direct Hire


Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for all activities related to Human Resources within the company.
  • Implement and maintain Group and Regional HR policies, processes, and tools.
  • Create and implement local policies and processes in line with Global and Regional Policies and in adherence with local legal requirements.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that HR strategic response and activities support and enhance overall business strategy.
  • Manage assigned elements in HSEQ Management programs.
  • Responsible for and independently manage all areas of Human Resources (e.g., Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, Mobility, Labor Law/Relations, Organizational Design, Leadership, and Strategic Development of HR).
  • Ensure legal and governmental commitments, compliance, and requirements are met throughout all practices.
  • Compile necessary documents to facilitate any new, renewal, or extension of visas and liaise with immigration & lawyers to ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with executive team members.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Minimum 6 years of progressive HR experience preferably in a global company
  • Experience -coaching/counseling across levels and functions
  • Experience with running workshops and providing internal training programs
  • Strong teamwork skills to include experience collaborating with cross functional teams
  • Experience successfully leading others, developing staff, and influencing change
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Tools
  • Experience managing direct reports
