Location:Â Houston, TX 77073
Responsibilities:
- Work with leadership team to identify, create, and implement various HR objectives.
- Track progress of how a team and a strategy to target the HR objectives are performing.
- Research, develop and implement such HR policies and organizational strategies.
- Serve as the benefits administrator and work with benefits brokers.
- Create and maintain compensation plans for all positions.
- Provide insights and suggestions to improve the HR recruitment process.
- Collaborate with department heads and discuss the employee career progression and paths.
- Analyze HR statistics and metrics like employee performance, turnover, retention, and cost per hire rate.
- Work and define the budget for HR schemes and programs.
- Ensure compliance with the federal and state laws.
- Serve as point of contact for internal and external matters pertaining to HR
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or HR certification preferred
- 5+ years of HR Management experience required; must be experience in all areas of HR
- Knowledge in payroll required
- Spanish bilingual preferred
- Experience working in an industry related company required
- Strong knowledge in legal rules, regulations, and reporting requirements required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability and comfort communicating with all levels
- Strong MS office and HRIS skills
