Job Description
We’re seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team and provide high-quality support across the employee life cycle. This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Location: Houston, TX
Pay Rate: $60,000-$70,000
Position Type: Direct Hire
Responsibilities:
- Support all stages of the employee life cycle, including onboarding, employee data management, and offboarding.
- Maintain accurate HR data and ensure compliance with company and legal standards.
- Collaborate with global HR colleagues to align processes and share best practices.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and analyses using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Contribute to HR projects focused on process improvement and employee experience.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of two years of experience in Human Resources, with strong administrative and operational skills
- Proficiency with HR systems and data management tools
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong time management, interpersonal skills, and desire to learn
