Job Description
Salary + Additional Benefits:
- $60,000-$80,000

Location:Â Houston, TX
Type of Position: Direct Hire
Responsibilities:
- Analyze internal pay structures to ensure alignment with the company’s business goals.
- Conduct and interpret external market surveys and compensation data.
- Develop, implement, and manage compensation programs and policies.
- Assist in job evaluations and job analysis processes.
- Provide data-driven recommendations regarding promotions, pay increases, and organizational structure changes.
- Compile and present compensation data reports to leadership teams.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to plan and forecast compensation budgets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Analytics, HR, or a related field
- CCP certification preferred
- Proven track record in analytical roles
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations, particularly the FLSA
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to present information clearly to internal and external stakeholders
- Strong research and analytical skills with a focus on accuracy
- Experience in designing compensation programs and conducting market benchmarking
- Proficient in HR compliance, especially FLSA and federal/state labor laws
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
