A fast-growing company focused on education is looking for an HR Director to manage HR activities for the organization. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with extensive expertise in HR functions and processes, along with fundamental knowledge of labor and employment laws. Working cross-functionally, the new leader will play a vital role in driving the company's growth by ensuring a well-structured organization, employee engagement, and proficient workforce aligned with the business's purpose, objectives, and core values.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain compliance with company’s policies and programs.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations.
- Oversee all HR functions and staff.
- Monitor and maintain company’s people management strategy.
- Manage HR department’s budget.
- Report on the performance and progress of HR department to senior stakeholders.
- Implement company culture, values, and policies.
- Develop workforce strategies to recruit and develop qualified candidates.
- Coordinate events focused on employee recognition and dedication.
- Advocate for employee retention and development.
- Oversee data entry and maintenance of employee records.
- Participate in the investigation and guidance for disciplinary actions.
Requirements:
- Experience in Human Resources or other related fields
- Experience in conflict resolution
- Fundamental knowledge of labor and employment laws
- Ability to build rapport with all employees.
- Strong leadership qualities
