Responsibilities:
- Direct all day-to-day operations, providing hands-on leadership across departments.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Set, communicate, and achieve ambitious performance goals with executive leadership.
- Oversee department heads, ensuring collaboration and operational alignment.
- Lead initiatives in sales, marketing, R&D, and engineering.
- Build and maintain relationships with strategic customers and key accounts.
- Champion a culture of quality, safety, and operational excellence.
- Oversee hiring, training, and talent development programs.
- Evaluate investments in equipment, infrastructure, and talent.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity; adjust strategy accordingly.
- Support sales with quoting models and technical proposals to capitalize on market opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership in manufacturing, with proven experience in both sales and operations.
- Demonstrated commercial leadership and operational oversight.
- Experience and knowledge of P&L Ownership as it relates to daily operations.
- Broad knowledge of finance, accounting, sales, marketing, HR, R&D, and engineering.
- Strong technical aptitude - ability to understand complex product lines and manufacturing processes.
- Proven relationship builder with both customers and internal teams.
- Excellent communicator with a collaborative, action-oriented leadership style.
- Results-driven and committed to continuous improvement.
