Job Description

A leading company is seeking a Facility Director to oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote exceptional resident care. We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Director to oversee the daily operations of our assisted living community. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring high standards of resident care, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and team engagement. The ideal candidate understands how to balance operational efficiency with a resident-centered approach and is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment for both residents and staff.

Salary + Additional Benefits:

Location: Bethany, OK - ONSITE
Type of Position: Direct Hire

Responsibilities:
  • Provide hands-on leadership to ensure residents receive high-quality care in a safe, supportive environment.
  • Foster open, ongoing communication with residents’ families, addressing concerns promptly and compassionately.
  • Review incident reports, ensure follow-up is documented, and implement improvements as needed.
  • Collaborate with ownership on budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial management of the facility.
  • Oversee day-to-day facility operations, identifying and resolving issues quickly to maintain a smooth, resident-focused experience.
  • Conduct routine walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness, safety, and efficiency throughout the building.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all applicable state and federal regulations, maintaining accurate compliance logs and records.
  • Lead and support staff recruitment, onboarding, training, and professional development.
  • Monitor and adjust staffing levels to meet changing resident care needs and maintain quality standards.
  • Cultivate strong communication and collaboration among department heads, caregivers, and support staff.
  • Promptly address staff concerns and foster a positive, team-oriented workplace culture.

Requirements:
  • 7+ years of leadership experience with an assisted living or similar environment
  • Must hold an active RCAL certification
  • A compassionate and professional leader with a deep commitment to quality care
  • Proven ability to manage both the operational and human aspects of an assisted living facility
  • Strong knowledge of compliance standards and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to navigate the balance between business performance and resident well-being
