Job Description
A world-class manufacturer and distributer of tubular products is looking for an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Vice Chairman and President. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems. Working closely with executives, the new EA will increase business efficiency by providing comprehensive support with the highest level of professionalism and organizational effectiveness.

Location: Downtown Houston, TX

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support and assistance to the Vice Chairman, President, and/ or other assigned senior leadership.
- Perform clerical and administrative tasks, including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff.
- Arrange travel and accommodations for executives.
- Schedule and attend meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes, and recording minutes.
- Receive incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarize and/or distribute contents to appropriate staff.
- Perform office tasks, including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by executives
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma required or related field preferred
- At least four years of related experience required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems
- Able to type minimum of 50 words per minute
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software
