Job Description
A Houston-based energy sector company is seeking an Executive Assistant. This role will provide administrative support to senior leadership.

- $80,000-$100,000 + $15,000-$20,000 Bonus

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage executive email inbox; respond on behalf of the executive when appropriate.
- Maintain and update the executive’s calendar, including scheduling internal and external meetings.
- Organize and maintain schedules in Excel, including detailed timelines for events, projects, and travel.
- Coordinate and book all travel arrangements (air, hotel, ground transportation, itineraries).
- Prepare, submit, and track expense reports.
- Manage corporate bank reconciliations and assist with maintaining accurate financial records.
- Develop and track event budgets in alignment with the company model.
- Draft and edit professional correspondence, including emails and event invitations.
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing company events.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of administrative experience in a professional office environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in travel booking and calendar management for senior executives.
- Familiarity with basic accounting processes, including bank reconciliations and budget tracking.
- Professional demeanor with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Experience in event planning and coordination preferred.
- Background in the energy or financial services industry preferred.
