Job Description

A well-established, fast-growing facility management support company is seeking an Events Coordinator. This role will partner with a client of the facilities company, a Fortune 500 Tech company, at their main campus in Austin, to manage the event space and ticketing for the same location. They will be hands on to ensure the space is set up per the layout of events as well as partnering will labor to ensure everything is prepared to the specifications.

Pay Rate: $25-30/hr
Location: Austin, TX
Role Type: Direct Hire – Indefinite Contract

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with client representative to ensure full understanding of upcoming events.
  • Assist in coordinating and executing event setups and understanding of logistics.
  • Assist in gathering additional information that may be needed for the event.
  • Use client software to manage tickets and ensure events are scheduled correctly.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
  • Previous experience with large tech or corporate companies and interfacing with leadership
  • Experience with event scheduling
  • Experience working in work order systems, Archibus preferred
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills
  • Positive and Proactive communicator
  • Exceptional organizational skills
