Job Description
A global leader in land seismic technology and manufacturing is looking for an Electrician to install, maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems. The ideal candidate is an electrical system expert who knows the wiring of control systems, junction boxes, and harnesses. Working with autonomy, the new team member will positively impact the business by ensuring proper system functionality in accordance with technical requirements & safety standards.

Type of Position: Contract
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.
- Read technical diagrams and blueprints.
- Perform general electrical maintenance.
- Install, maintain, or repair electrical components such as wiring harnesses, relays, fuels pumps etc.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.
- Repair and replace equipment, electrical wiring, and fixtures.
- Follow National Electrical Code, state and local.
- Modify chassis manufacturer components if necessary.
- Prepare wiring for installation by assembling required harnesses.
- Test installed systems for proper function.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Year or more of electrical experience
- Experience with Deutsch, Weatherpack & Cannon connectors
- Prior experience with vehicle electrical systems is a plus, but not required
- Wiring of control systems, junction boxes, and harnesses is a plus, but not required
- License to operate forklifts
- Safety-first mindset
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Dexterity and hand eye coordination, including the ability to grasp, manipulate, and assemble parts
- Able to stand, bend, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods of time
