Job Description

A well-established organization in the industrial services sector is currently seeking a Dispatch/Inside Sales professional to support operations and contribute to sales efforts within a high-volume service division. This role requires a detail-oriented and organized professional with a background in dispatch, inside sales, or service coordination. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient job scheduling, timely quoting, and seamless communication with both customers and field technicians. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.

Location: Houston, TX
Type of Position: Direct Hire

Responsibilities:
  • Dispatch Coordination: Schedule and oversee service calls across multiple technicians and routes to ensure timely execution.
  • Sales Support: Generate quotes for products and services, recommend additional services or packages, and follow up to close sales.
  • Customer Engagement: Serve as a primary point of contact for incoming service inquiries and key customer accounts via phone and email.
  • Order & Workflow Management: Maintain accurate data in service management platforms (such as FieldServio or similar), track open work orders, and support billing accuracy.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in dispatch, inside sales, or service coordination; industry-specific experience (tire, industrial equipment, or forklift services) is a strong plus.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skilled in quoting, scheduling, customer follow-up, and closing transactions.
  • Experience using CRM or ERP systems (e.g., FieldServio, TreadTracker, or similar platforms).
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
