Job Description

A global recruiting and immigration agency is looking for a Director of Business Development responsible for achieving annual revenue targets by efficiently managing the sales team and cultivating leads through various channels. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking leader with proven business development experience and a deep understanding of sales operations management. Utilizing exceptional communication skills, the new leader will make a significant difference by optimizing strategic planning initiatives and enhancing operational processes aligned with its objective of driving business expansion and development while maintaining profitable, long-term client relationships.
                               
Salary: $140,000-$150,000

Type of Position: Direct Hire

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan and business development strategy for Asia, USA, and LATAM.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with potential partners for the Invest program, including immigration lawyers, financial advisors, immigration agencies, chambers of commerce, and real estate brokers.
  • Oversee daily operations with partners, providing support and follow-up on their lead generation efforts.
  • Ensure that the value proposition is effectively communicated by all members of the sales team and partners by managing presentation materials.
  • Attend and drive events, webinars, and other in-person activities to promote Invest by the company.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of all sales channels.
  • Maintain a database of prospective investors and interested parties.
  • Provide status and performance reports for all sales and marketing activities.
  • Keep abreast of competitor offerings through in-depth analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with the head of marketing to ensure a cohesive branding strategy and sales pitch.
  • Foster an entrepreneurial environment with a reliance on data analytics.
  • Maintain regular contact with existing clients and develop a referral program.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
  • At least 10 years of experience of selling
  • Fundraising experience 
  • Must be Bi-lingual (Spanish or Korean)
  • Exceptional sales, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Superb communication, interpersonal, public speaking, and leadership skills
  • Experience in business development, sales, or similar positions, preferably in Investment Banking, Insurance, Real Estate Brokers/Construction, or relevant fields
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the entire sales process from planning to closure
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills for effective sales presentations
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Capability to thrive under pressure, prioritize multiple projects, and adapt work accordingly
  • Ability to execute a vision while building and developing teams
  • Ability to translate business goals into well-defined performance plans and communicate the link between current activities and goals
  • Experience understanding and communicating sales value proposition
  • History of creating efficient, systematic, and scalable infrastructure for expansion
  • Proven ability to focus on new opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness that enable the achievement of business targets
