Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage facility staff to ensure proper coverage and optimal team performance.
- Create and maintain staff schedules, while providing guidance, support, and conducting performance reviews.
- Ensure staff adherence to facility policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.
- Act as the main point of contact for residents and their families, resolving any issues, concerns, or questions.
- Promote a welcoming, respectful atmosphere for all residents, supporting their individual needs and preferences.
- Oversee the accounts receivable process, ensuring prompt billing and collections.
- Communicate effectively with families regarding payment plans and address any financial inquiries or concerns.
- Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies to attract private-pay residents.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and referral sources to enhance occupancy.
Requirements:
- Administrator's License preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in an Assisted Living or Memory Care facility
- At least 5 years of demonstrated leadership experience in a management role within an assisted living or memory care environment
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements in senior living or memory care
