Salary + Additional Benefits:
- $125,000-135,000

Type of Position: Direct Hire
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the organization's mission, values, and strategic objectives
- Oversee the entire HR function, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to promote their growth and development
- Drive the recruitment and selection process, ensuring we attract and hire highly qualified candidates while adhering to fair and inclusive practices
- Develop and maintain effective employee relations programs, policies, and procedures to foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns and grievances
- Collaborate with department managers to develop and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and professional development plans.
- Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness, equity, and compliance
- Payroll and 401(k) Administration
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and best practices, proactively addressing any HR-related legal issues or concerns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR, implementing innovative solutions to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement
- Provide guidance and support to senior leadership on HR-related matters, recommending strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports, identifying trends and providing insights to support data-driven decision-making
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with 5 years in a leadership role
- Experience in a multi state and location organization
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws and regulations.
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships, collaborate, and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
