Job Description

The ideal candidate is a strategic technology professional with strong project management and Odoo ERP experience. Responsibilities:
- Provide oversight and full lifecycle ownership of the company’s patented digital technology and application platforms.
- Develop and execute a long-term digital and enterprise systems strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
- Identify opportunities for innovation, automation, and scalability across digital and ERP platforms.
- Partner with executive leadership to prioritize and roadmap technology investments.
- Lead end-to-end management of complex, high-impact digital and ERP-related initiatives.
- Define scope, objectives, milestones, and measurable KPIs for all projects.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Oversee ERP enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and system improvements.
- Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of all digital initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop technical teams, project managers, and system administrators.
- Serve as the primary liaison between IT, sales, finance, operations, and executive leadership regarding ERP and digital initiatives.
- Ensure clear communication of project status, risks, and performance metrics to senior leadership.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks across digital and ERP initiatives.
- Establish governance frameworks, documentation standards, and quality controls.
- Ensure system reliability, data integrity, security, and performance standards are consistently met.
- Prepare and manage project and portfolio budgets.
- Monitor ROI and operational impact of digital and ERP investments.
- Drive process optimization using Odoo system capabilities and integrations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in digital project or technology management.
- 2+ years of experience overseeing or implementing Odoo ERP in a business environment.
- Experience within Supply Chain, Inventory or Warehouse Management environments required.
- Experience with Digital Inventory, Asset Tracking, Bar/QR Codes.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing cross-functional technical teams.
- Proven ability to manage enterprise system integrations and digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong executive presence and excellent communication skills
- Experience managing proprietary or patented technology platforms preferred
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- PMP, Agile, or ERP-related certifications preferred
