Responsibilities:Â
- Database Development & Management:
- Create and maintain a detailed database of all shipped units, focusing on data integrity and global accessibility.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, logistics, and sales teams to ensure real-time updates and a complete view of the installed base.
- Data Analytics for Predictive Maintenance:
- Apply big data analytics to monitor equipment conditions, identifying maintenance needs proactively.
- Refine predictive models to deliver maintenance insights specific to heat exchanger performance.
- Reporting & Advanced Analysis:
- Generate detailed reports and trend analyses to support strategic service decisions and enhance product management.
- Provide actionable insights for reliability improvements, customer satisfaction, and product lifecycle management.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales and service teams, supporting planning, training, and customer service through data access and insights.
- Assist in developing tools and dashboards that allow teams to interpret and utilize installed base data efficiently.
- Process Improvement:
- Continuously evaluate and optimize data collection and management processes to enhance database accuracy and reliability.
- Implement best practices and advocate for process efficiencies in data management across the organization.
Â
- Bachelor’s degree in data management, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data management, analytics, or a similar role, preferably in the heat exchanger or industrial manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of maintenance cycles, product lifecycle management, and operational reliability metrics.
- Experience in condition monitoring and predictive maintenance within an industrial setting is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, especially in relation to equipment reliability and predictive maintenance.
- Ability to communicate data insights clearly and effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in database management, data visualization, and big data analytics tools.
- Familiarity with SQL or similar database query languages
