Job Description

Location: Houston, TX 77450 (remote option after training period)
Type of Position: Temp-to-hire
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from current and new clients that require immediate electrical or HVAC service and repair, as well as handling customer inquiries.
- Make outbound calls to current customers to schedule their yearly maintenance, follow up on current estimates.
- Respond to customer inquiries by telephone and e-mail to provide non-technical problem resolution.
- Contact current and new clients on a regular basis for follow-up on marketing initiatives or previous estimated jobs.

- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to resolve issues with clients before escalating
- Must perform job duties with the highest level of integrity and professionalism
- Prioritize and process information quickly
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills & exhibits empathy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Cell Phone (Required app is downloaded onto personal cell phone)
- Space in the home to support a dual-monitor setup
- In-home privacy to provide professional phone services
- Stable Internet speed (up and down speeds of a minimum of 5 Mbps)
