Job Description
One of the world's leading manufacturers of decorative paints, marine, protective, and powder coatings is looking for an experienced Client Service Representative to provide support to its internal and external customers. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who is passionate about customer service and familiar with ERP systems. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the new hire will ensure excellent service standards by processing client orders, monitoring order statuses, and maintaining maximum customer satisfaction while adhering to company rules & procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Process inter-company orders and domestic customer orders by entering in IFS to ensure orders and invoices are processed in an accurate and efficient manner resulting in the best service possible to the customer.
- Monitor outstanding orders and liaise with internal departments by communicating with them, to ensure orders are delivered by the agreed date and the best possible customer satisfaction is achieved.
- Respond to customer requests for quotation, orders, and inquiries as quickly as possible with accurate information.
- Process service complaints when necessary.
- Resolve invoicing discrepancies.
- Process customer returns.
Requirements:
- High school or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the marine industry
- MS Office proficiency
- Experience utilizing ERP system.
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities & deadlines successfully.
- Ability to collaborate with other departments and escalate matters for action as needed.
- Act on own initiative, make things happen, and accept responsibility for the results.
- Communicate in a clear, precise, and structured way; speak with authority and conviction; present effectively.
- Cooperate well with others; share knowledge, experience, and information; support others in the pursuit of team goals.
- Quickly understand and analyze complex issues and problems; come up with sound and rational judgments.
