Customer Service Representative

Job Description
Salary + Additional Benefits:

Location: Houston, TX
Type of Position: Temp-to-Hire
Responsibilities:
- Process and acknowledge all incoming sales orders
- Create sales order documentation such as labels, job travelers, packing lists, etc
- Process and follow-up on all outgoing orders
- ?????Prepare documentation for customer shipments such as bill of ladings, airway bills, pro forma invoice, etc
- Regularly prepare and submit all completed sales orders for invoicing
- Responsible for filing and scanning
- Answer phones as needed
- Perform any other duties as requested
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- At least one year in an office setting preferred
- At least one year using Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.) preferred
