Job Description
Salary + Additional Benefits:
- $18-20/hr

Location: Houston, TX 77055
Type of Position: Temp-to-Hire
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls.
- Solicit loans.
- Refinance accounts.
- Provide accurate and complete account information to customers.
- Update and verify account information.
- Provide customers with all options regarding their account.
- Make collection calls.
- Compose and respond to emails.
- Process loan applications.
- Balance cash drawer.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be bilingual, English/Spanish
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong phone etiquette
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a high performing, fast-paced environment
