Responsibilities:
- Create and develop written content for a variety of marketing channels, including blogs, case studies, thought leadership pieces, landing pages, email campaigns, digital advertising, and social media.
- Partner with internal subject matter experts to gather insights and translate them into compelling and informative content.
- Ensure all materials align with broader marketing initiatives, brand messaging, and campaign objectives.
- Review, edit, and proofread content to ensure clarity, accuracy, grammar, and consistency with established brand standards.
- Collaborate with marketing leadership to support editorial planning, messaging strategy, and campaign development.
- Apply SEO and digital best practices to improve content visibility and performance where applicable.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all marketing and communication materials.
- Periodically evaluate and refresh existing content to ensure continued relevance, accuracy, and search performance.
- Provide support for internal communications, website updates, and presentation materials as needed.
- Remain adaptable and responsive to time-sensitive projects and evolving business needs.
- Occasional travel (approximately 5–10%) may be required for interviews, events, or content development activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related discipline preferred
- Equivalent professional experience may be considered in place of formal education
- Approximately 3–5 years of experience in professional copywriting, content marketing, or editorial roles
- Demonstrated experience producing business-focused content such as blogs, case studies, thought leadership, email campaigns, and social media materials
- Background supporting professional services, consulting, technology, or similar industries is advantageous
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to translate complex or technical information into clear, concise, and engaging content
- Familiarity with content strategy principles, including SEO best practices, audience targeting, and maintaining brand voice
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across various functions
- Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn new tools, platforms, and industry topics
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications; experience with content management systems or marketing automation platforms is beneficial
