Job Description
Salary + Additional Benefits:Â
- $100,000-$120,000 + Bonus

Location: Houston, TX
Type of Position: Direct Hire
Responsibilities:Â
- Assist project team and staff from preconstruction through the closeout and warranty of a project.
- Inspect and monitor compliance with building and safety codes and other regulations.
- Review and process material and subcontractor submittals.
- Review, prepare, and process RFI’s with design teams and clients.
- Prepare on-site meeting agendas, including keeping up with all project logs. (RFI logs, change order logs, submittal logs).
- Prepare subcontract scope sheets with subcontractors, suppliers, and others.
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report any issues.
- Evaluate project quality and progress and prepare detailed reports.
- Assist project team in closeout document execution. (Punchlist and as-built plans).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent education
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a commercial or industrial construction project manager
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations, with OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, subcontractors, and team members
- Preferred proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite
