Job Description
A rapidly expanding commercial construction firm is looking for a Project Manager to meet project objectives and manage resources in an effective & efficient manner. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical professional with a strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices. Working cross-functionally, the new team member will deliver strategic value and scalable growth by meeting project requirements and high-quality standards in accordance with outlined scope, budget, and timeline.

Location: Houston, TX
Type of Position: Direct Hire
Responsibilities:
- Pre-Construction Phase – Under the direction of and in conjunction with the VP responsible for BD, Estimating/Pre-Construction
- Responsible for estimating the project.
- Lead role in presenting GMP results to Client.
- Lead role in tracking Architect development of IFC documents and project permits.
- Coordinate development of Owner Contract.
- Construction Phase
- Secure all project permits prior to mobilization.
- Execute the buy-out process.
- Subcontract Administration Accountability
- Submittal/Shop Drawing Accountability
- Project Controls Accountability
- Facilitate subcontractor pre-installation meetings.
- Oversee all financial accountabilities.
- Manage Project Close-Out process.
