Salary + Additional Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Develop & Execute Fundraising Strategies – Lead annual giving, endowment, and capital campaigns to expand our philanthropic reach.
- Drive Major Gift & Corporate Sponsorship Efforts – Cultivate, solicit, and secure transformational gifts from individuals, foundations, and corporate partners.
- Lead & Inspire a High-Performing Development Team – Foster a strong culture of philanthropy, mentorship, and best practices.
- Oversee Strategic Campaigns – Provide leadership for the Comprehensive Campaign, ensuring alignment with the organizations long-term vision.
- Strengthen Community & Stakeholder Engagement – Serve as an ambassador for the organization, developing relationships with key community leaders and organizations.
- Collaborate with Leadership & Board Members – Work closely with the CEO, Board, and fundraising committees to advance major philanthropic initiatives.
- Innovate Donor Engagement & Recognition Strategies – Develop creative approaches to donor stewardship and recognition.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in non-profit development, with a preference for experience in mission-driven, community-focused organization
- Proven track record in fundraising leadership, including experience managing large-scale capital campaigns and securing major gifts
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing high-performing teams
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and inspire donors, board members, and community partners
- Knowledge of comprehensive campaign strategies, planned giving, and donor database management
- Ability to align development efforts with the strategic vision and mission
