Call Center Representatives

Pay Rate: $14.00 - $16.00

Scheduled shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM

Location: Upper Kirby

Responsibilities:

  • Answer a high volume of inbound calls to determine if the firm can assist them.
  • Reply to inquiries via phone, email, or online chat.
  • Perform legal intakes, gather detailed, case type-specific information about potential client cases.
  • Effectively communicate how the skill and experience of our staff can help potential clients.
  • Attain working knowledge of processes and procedures and be able to communicate this in a professional manner
  • Handle case set-up to include: Needles data entry, attaching of client folder, police report request, attaching photos received from clients, and sending Fee Agreements to clients for signature.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience working in a call center environment 
  • Professionalism to handle and maintain confidential information.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including excellent phone etiquette and typing skills.
  • Professional customer service experience including interacting with the public over the telephone and through electronic communications.
  • Critical thinking to adapt to unexpected situations and work independently.
  • Strong computer and multi-tasking skills.
  • Legal intake experience preferred
  • Needles and Salesforce software experience a plus
