Call Center Representatives
Pay Rate: $14.00 - $16.00
Scheduled shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM
Location: Upper Kirby
- Answer a high volume of inbound calls to determine if the firm can assist them.
- Reply to inquiries via phone, email, or online chat.
- Perform legal intakes, gather detailed, case type-specific information about potential client cases.
- Effectively communicate how the skill and experience of our staff can help potential clients.
- Attain working knowledge of processes and procedures and be able to communicate this in a professional manner
- Handle case set-up to include: Needles data entry, attaching of client folder, police report request, attaching photos received from clients, and sending Fee Agreements to clients for signature.
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience working in a call center environment
- Professionalism to handle and maintain confidential information.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including excellent phone etiquette and typing skills.
- Professional customer service experience including interacting with the public over the telephone and through electronic communications.
- Critical thinking to adapt to unexpected situations and work independently.
- Strong computer and multi-tasking skills.
- Legal intake experience preferred
- Needles and Salesforce software experience a plus
