Job Description
A leading provider of premium engineered bolting solutions is seeking a CNC Grinder to operate and maintain precision grinding machines for high-quality metal components. The ideal candidate is experienced in turbomachinery and precision grinding, with a strong understanding of GD&T. Working with attention to detail, the new team member will improve operational efficiency by producing components to exact specifications while maintaining high-quality standards and supporting production goals.
Salary + Additional Benefits:
Location: Houston, TX 77035
Type of Position: Temp-to-Hire
Hours: Monday - Friday 5AM - 1:30PM

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Knowledge in setting up, editing, & programming to achieve desired tolerances and finishes.
- Measure and inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- O.D. precision grinder in Turbomachinery.
- Maintain and clean equipment to ensure efficient performance.
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures.
- Have own tools.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of Precision Grinding & Turbomachinery experience
- GD&T experience required
- Experience with turbine engine / compressor center studs, tie bolts, etc. required
