Job Description
Salary + Additional Benefits:
- $115,000-$120,000
- Uncapped Commission
Location: Houston, TX
Type of Position: Direct Hire
Responsibilities:
- Initiate first contact with potential clients across target regions.
- Schedule and lead meetings to present company solutions.
- Develop and execute a growth strategy for oil & gas robotics solutions on the Gulf Coast, USA.
- Build and maintain customer relationships with major oil companies and service providers.
- Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to senior decision-makers.
- Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and networking events globally.
- Collaborate with our UK team to ensure seamless client engagement and project delivery.
- Provide market insights to inform product development and strategic decisions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of proven experience in B2B sales
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals and managing complex sales cycles
- Strong presentation and excellent negotiation skills in formal settings
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel frequently across assigned regions
- Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented
- Relationship management skills
- B2B sales experience in the oil and gas industry, industrial services, or similar is desirable
- Existing network within Gulf Coast oil & gas industry is highly desirable
