Job Description
A premier painting contractor in Houston is looking for a goal-oriented Business Development Manager to increase sales opportunities and expand the company's network of relationships. The ideal candidate is highly motivated and assertive, with an intimate knowledge of the greater Houston area. Through collaborative efforts, the successful BDM will spearhead initiatives to establish new business ventures, emphasizing financial growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Increase sales opportunities for the company and broaden its relationship base.
Requirements:
- Experience as Commercial Sales Representative
- A highly motivated, aggressive person that enjoys getting out and making calls on clients and potential clients
- Intimately familiar with greater Houston, geographically
- Have some background in construction or the trades, i.e.: painting, drywall, carpet, roofing, etc.
- Familiarity with the more well-known commercial property management companies (Transwestern, CBRE, Hines, Cushman Wakefield, JLL etc.)
