Job Description

A fast-growing engineering firm is seeking a Business Development Manager to create and execute marketing strategies and build client relationships. The ideal candidate is a bilingual professional with a background in engineering and experience in the oil and gas industry. By leveraging strong communication skills, the new team member will drive revenue growth by identifying client needs and preparing tailored proposals while fostering long-term partnerships and contributing to the firm’s expansion goals.

Salary + Additional Benefits:

$85,000-$96,000 + Commission

Location: Houston, TX
Type of Position: Direct Hire

Responsibilities:

Create and execute marketing strategies, brochures, videos to approach potential clients, visit clients, prepare contracts, and follow up outcomes.

Requirements:

Chemical Engineering or Industrial Engineering Bachelor degree and a registered Professional Engineer in Texas
Five years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry required
Fluent in English and Spanish
High communication skills
A team player
Aware of the customer needs
